Overview
FAES is proposing to build 31 townhomes for graduate and post-graduate scholars who work or study at the National Institutes of Health. FAES, a non-profit foundation, owns the four-acre parcel of land at the corner of Cedar Lane and Cypress Avenue in Bethesda. This new housing fills an important need in the community to provide high-quality, affordable housing for mature and serious NIH scholars.
